Recall Removed Functionality

With the latest recall ‘fix’ for the folding seat debacle, Hyundai removed key features and functionality that we specifically chose this trim level for. If we wanted less features, we would have purchased a lower trim level. So now we have an overpriced vehicle with less features.

Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy 2026

After driving the 2021 version of this car for 5 years, I decided to trade it in for the newer version. The outside mirrors now fold in automatically or with a button inside the car - the older version did not. The technology has made great advances so be ready to use the Quick Reference Manual. I absolutely love being able to leave the keys at home and drive with my smart phone key! It’s nice to exercise without keys in your pocket! Having a button to slide the rear seat forward rather than laying the seat down when you buy too many groceries is another wonderful new feature. The noise reduction inside is very noticeable. You hardly hear road noise. The footrests are a great addition as well as the massaging drivers seat. Not sure I will ever use the UV light in the console to sterilize objects, but would wonderful for a new mother. And I have never owned a car that gave you a charging cord, a first aid kit with substantial items included and a device to patch and air up a flat tire if needed. So many extras in the car. For comparable size cars with less features, you would pay $15,000 to $20,000 more. The value certainly exceeds other brands. That’s why I chose to continue buying the Palisade Calligraphy model Hyundai.

Love the new look, both the exterior and interior. No issues so far minus the recall which I know will be taken care of. Super upset as is everyone the oil change - tire rotation package isn’t available anymore

I LOVE THIS CAR!

This uis my 2nd Palasade, I loved my 2023 and just bought my 2nd one, a 2026! These cars have a lot of awesome features for the money. The value for what you're getting is amazing. This is a truly beautiful car, it rides smooth handles great. There's plenty of room in it. I absolutely love it.

Defective glass and other things

Kinda getting tired of telling Hyundai that the glass in the vehicle is defective. No one cares. Service is a huge part of a vehicle’s quality and Hyundai service is terrible, especially warranty and the corporate office.

Multiple system failures

I had such high hopes for this vehicle. It's beautiful and spacious. Other than that, it's been a very unpleasant experience. Dashboard alerts for false low tire pressure. Awd disabled while driving. Front sensors and cameras not activating. Battery drain with digital key. Lack of power getting on the freeway. Rear doors not shutting properly. Auto wiper sensing doesn't work. Horrible gas mileage, 11mpg.

The car had around 5400 miles when the battery had to start being jumped. Now it has to be jumped every single time I try to start it
