Excellent Ride

Beautifully designed! Feels like the design team thought of everything. Only thing I would change is the acceleration. It lags slightly as you press the gas….noticeable when you are trying to get on the highway and there’s an incline.

Love the comfort but hard to clean

Overall I am pleased with the vehicle. I don’t care for the Start/Stop feature so I turn it off each time I drive. Seats are very comfortable and the ride is smooth. So much technology that I may never learn it all

Rust, Faulty Windshield Wiper Fluid

I purchased in Dec 2025, the chrome panels on rear next to back windshield are rusting. RUSTING. It has 3500 miles on it! Took to dealership and they said they would not be doing anything about it because I had for more than 90 days. My 2026 Palisade Black Beauty has a serious manufacturer issue. That and the windshield wiper sensor always says no washer fluid, I went to dealership and they explained to my the unusual design of it. The car was delivered to our home, so we didn’t notice the no fluid alert day one, so when I took it in they filled it up & sensor was back on in 2 days. I am very very disappointed in this dealership on these issues, they don’t offer oil changes for first year. Odd. XM radio only 60 days. These items need to be fixed & not at our expense. The chrome should be replaced with black to match car, so it doesn’t rust again. This is a garage kept car 80% of the time, as I work from home.

Beautiful, smooth ride, full of technology

I've only had the car for almost 3 months and so far I'm enjoying it very much. My one complaint is the seats are hard, no cushion and long rides are rough. I have to stop often to get out and give the bottom a break!

Frustrating and Nice

I purchased a new 2026 Calligraphy as there was a recall on my 2024 Calligraphy's seatbelt buckles that would take months to replace (I couldn't have my children ride in a vehicle that we weren't sure if the seatbelts would unlatch randomly). I loved my 2024 and had no issues with it outside of the normal glitches every now and again. The 2026 has been super frustrating. The MPG is nowhere near what the 2024 was - much less - so I'm using more gas. My Apple Play randomly works, and it has been this way since I purchased it. It rides rougher than my old one. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful vehicle and I love the different options, it just really changed from the 2024 model, and not all of the changes were good.

I would rate my salesperson, Michael, a 5/5—he was responsive, helpful, and consistently followed through. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the dealership was very disappointing and would be closer to a 1/5. I purchased my vehicle in early February and still have not been scheduled for the protective coating service, despite leaving multiple messages for the service manager with no response. Communication overall has been poor. For example, I was told my paperwork would be emailed, but it never was. I ultimately had to drive to the dealership to pick it up, and even then, some of the required documents were missing. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing. I was initially quoted an “out-the-door” price, but the final numbers at signing did not match. When I asked for clarification, I felt that my questions were not answered clearly. Follow-up has also been frustrating. When I called about my temporary plate expiring, it took several days to receive a response to what should have been a simple question. Overall, while Michael provided excellent service, the dealership’s communication, organization, and transparency fell well below expectations.
