Poor service at Simmons Rockwell

Bought new. At 1400 miles in shop twice and for 31 total days for an injector wiring problem. Car computer said were the problem was, but it took Simmons Rockwell all that time to find and fix it.

Sound stopped working

The sound stopped working with no reason. Bluetooth doesn't work for the phone, music (Spotify or YouTube), or maps. Tried turning off and on again. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on. Nothing is working. Radio sound doesn't work. I hate driving with no music and I need directions from the map

The notice to pull over and get a coffee goes off Continuously!! The chiming is incessant! I’ve tried to turn off to no avail! Let my wife who drives like an old lady it rings!!!

Exactly what I have expected thus far

Everything has been great thus far. My only "complaint" would be for things I knew going in: smaller truck bed, a comfy back seat, slightly less storage than my previous truck. So the fact that I bought this vehicle after factoring it all in speaks volumes. Reliability is the next key metric but I won't have a full answer for than until about 10 years from now.

The 2025 Santa Cruz accomplishes all that I deem important. Room in the comfortable interior. All of the gadgets you could ask for. The exterrior is very attractive and useful. The bed is big enough to meet my needs. Finally, FUEL Economy for a "truck" is phenominal!

After 25 years of driving a Dodge Ram, I downsized to this zippy fun smaller truck. I LOVE IT. The gas mileage is a bonus. I can still haul what I need in the back!
