Unique and fun to drive

I love most everything about this vehicle so far-at 2000 miles in. I must mention that I think the floor/underside should be better insulated to help a little with road noise.

The Bottom Line

This is a nice truck, however, it is not the one I was given. He took my truck to gas it up and I was given a different vehicle to take home. I’m 57 and this is my first time buying a vehicle, I really wish I could have trusted the people to make it the best experience possible. Even the tires look used! There is no CD Player and I feel forced to bring a brand new vehicle in before the suggested 7000 mile checkup.

I love the Santa Cruz 2025 is fun but one thing o don’t like is the cover of trunk because when I bought didnt come with the trunk plastic cover so I have to ordered separately and they install but I don’t like is pain neck

VERY SOLID

PRO'S: I find the vehicle is very well made and it performs well. I am pleased with the gas mileage and the comfort. Lane assist mode was a little scary when I first used it, getting more comfortable as time goes on. Turing radius is very acceptable. I find that the 2.5L engine has great power and plenty of performance. The seats are very comfortable, I was surprised to see that the driver and passenger seats were heated, very welcoming for the colder weather. I currently have just over 1600 miles on the odometer. The bed with the roll up cover is a great feature which prevented me from purchasing one. Along with the cargo net in the bed I enjoy that feature when I do my grocery shopping and it holds well. At highway speeds the sound lever is far below the vehicle I had prior, very acceptable insulation. CON'S: I like the lane change alert for vehicles beside, but nothing for vehicles in front which I enjoyed on my last vehicle, it automatically slowed down while in cruise and matched the vehicle speed on front.

great truck/car, warranty, and staff at Hartford Ave Johnston location w/ Jose, Gianna, Carlos, Germano, Devin , the gentleman who lowered my price.....always feel like I matter when I go; family!!!! Hopefully I am not leaving anyone out.... Oh, the cleaning lady who has been there 17years; the other day I spoke w/ her to tell her she does an amazing job!!! SPOTLESS floors, bathroom..... If everyone took that kind of pride in their work!! THANK YOU

Issues with brand new Santa Cruz

Bought brand new, brakes squeek and brake pedal. When first turned on heat would not work. When heat on leg then turn to combo with chest. heat does not come out.
