Overall satisfaction

Runs and drives well. Also a comfortable ride. Owner’s manual is written for the younger generation and somewhat hard to understand for someone like me who is a senior citizen. Especially when it comes to the setting of all the infotainment accessories. Otherwise very pleased.

Infotainment complaint

Backup camera is aggravating. After backing up, when I put the truck in drive, it takes several seconds to show me the map, it continues to show me the backup camera. If I have to make a quick turn when I don't know where I'm at, I rely on the map on the infotainment screen, and sometimes I miss a turn because of that. Please fix that!!!

Low end Santa Cruz's have little or inhouse support. You get buy it on aftermarket.

My Santa Cruz

I enjoy my vehicle. I did a lot of research and this was my final pick. The only area I would like improvement in is gas mileage, but I can't complain, for a truck with this much power and on regular unleaded gas, I can't complain.

Bad Idea

I bought a new Santa Cruz. Problem one: they had to put a new transmission in it under 30,000 miles. Problem two: not even a year later they had to put another transmission in it. Yes I was upset and mad, the bad part when I first got everybody ask about if I liked yes I love it rides good looks great on and on. Hell I even told the where to go to get the best deal in our town. First time ok, second time mad Their won’t be a third time. Don’t buy Hyundai
