SURVEY SAYS

Like the dashboard information. The driver assist ( lane change, warning lights, etc are great). Comfortable ride, good gas mileage. Ride is not as quiet as I would like. The luggage rack is noisy.

First time not overly happy

I brought my car in for service because it was due and I was leaving town on vacation. The oil change sticker was never changed, the “Service Required” or oil life alert was never reset. I now have “Service” alert going on every time I start my car and I’m out of state. I called to inform that nothing was reset and was told to bring my car in, instead of someone at least walking me thru how to reset it since I’m out of state. While car was at Hyundai I requested and paid for a car wash, was alerted my car was ready and when I came to pick it up was told they forgot and had to sit and wait additional 30-45 mins waiting for it to be completed. Also, my car has now twice sputtered when applying the gas as if the car is going to die which had never happened before. I will be making another appointment to figure out what’s happening once I return home at the end of July.
