Only ok

My last two cars were Palisade . The new Santa Fe falls short . Very noisy on the highway. Not a smooth ride. I personally want my Palisade back.

Decent BUT COULD BE BETTER

Engineers who designed this model had great intentions HOWEVER, on the user end- not very friendly. Pro’s; gracious space, seat heat/ac in seat, windshield warning graphics Cons; POOR OEM WINDOW TINTING, nice dashboard options, problematic tailgate- which seams to open or not fully close properly and electronic safety door closing system too intense-catches fingers in doors, which is the main reason I WILL NEVERBOWN OR LEASE ANOTHER HYUNDAI AFTER THIS LEASE EXPIRES!!!!! Cons: rear windshield wiper has poor visibility when in use, too many parking lane assist lines which confuses the driver when backing up.

What an excellent SUV. Fun to drive - Great in the snow

I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe XRT to run around and do my estimates for my business. I wasn’t expecting much of the Santa Fe , but what a fantastic vehicle to drive. I find myself always hopping into the Santa Fe over my 3500 series diesel pickup. It handles and drives great . Has plenty of power, more than I expected. Did I mention that it drives amazing. You would not be disappointed.

Obvious Imperfections

1. There is a wind noise that comes through my driver side front window. That very disappointing in a brand new vehicle. The dealer replaced the weatherstrip around the window and door and it failed to eliminate the noise; This was my second trip to the dealership. Now a third trip is needed.One expects more from a new vehicle. #2 There's a cosmetic flaw in the material on the top interior rail on the front passenger door.

Beautiful Design. Smart Features are a Pain.

The car has a really beautiful look and quality feel. However the electronic and smart features of the car are frustrating to say the least. After sitting in the garage for three days my battery died. You have to look the car doors in your own garage otherwise you get hundreds of alerts in the app. If you do lock your doors in the garage, even the slightest walk by with your phone makes the trunk and doors open.

2026 Santa Fe extended model

Overall very happy with it. Cars a bit too “smart” for me. It’s initially kinda complicated to drive. Takes quite bit of time to figure everything out. I’ve had it a few months and still don’t understand all the features. Don’t like the gas pedal sensitivity at all.
