Like the open design of the tailgate and rear window. Purchased it for the larger cargo area with the vertical tailgate with load head space. Comfortable ride with panoramic view.

Safety items are FAR TOO CONSERVATIVE

Your focus is clearly on product liability concern rather than customer satisfaction. There are hundreds of missteps, but the worst is the constant nagging of every safety system continuously squawking when no actual threat exists…turn down the sensitivity if you want to build a quality vehicle. Not only are these systems too sensitive, they are unrelentingly annoying. My Cadillac will give an occasional nudge if a seat belt is not buckled. The Santa Fe has a CONTINUOUS LOUD BELL, never stopping until the belt is buckled. Try sitting in the car, start the motor to allow the engine to warm up in the driveway and roll down the window to have a conversation with someone outside the car. If the seat belt is not fastened, the conversation is impossible! And who is the idiot who came up with the switch to toggle on/off daylight savings time? The car is smart enough to know what time zone it is in, but can’t figure out daylight savings time? Ridiculous!

Best car I have had

This is the best car I have had. Drives and rides smooth. Very easy to handle. There is nothing I do not like about this car. I got Red, which I have never owned, but I love it, and the way it is trimmed out in black. I haven't found anything I didn't like about it.

I did not buy this vehicle

Someone at the dealership found a M**e D****y in the system which was me, but the sale was to another person with the same name. Since then I have been inundated with emails for this car which I did not buy. I asked the guy at the dealership to please fix the issue, but it was never fixed.

I AM LOVING MY NEW HYUNDAI SANTA FE!

This is my first new car purchase since 2013! I am enjoying everything about my new car. I do wish that the 3rd row seats were USABLE for my family. We are all over 5"11 so it doesn't work at all. ALSO, I can’t use ALL features with my current Galaxy A54 5g phone (i.e. digital key, text message notification, wireless charger)

Interior material does not seem durable

I’ve had to take my car to the dealership twice in three months because of flaws in the dashboard and driver window panel. Which cause an annoying hissing noise from the wind ever time I drove the vehicle.
