I love Hyundai

I purchased a Hyundai a few years ago as a back up since I wasn't able to get the vehicle of my choice. I fell in love with the way the vehicle drove, its safety features, and overall, the minimum upkeep I had to do. While it got less gas mileage than the vehicle I wanted, I still loved it. Flash forward to today, I purchased another Hyundai. I cannot give a 5 star review because the new one has some problems. The gas mileage is worse than the one I traded in for. There is a horrible loud humming when you roll down the back windows. Still love the vehicle, but not in love with these problems.

Great ride

Overall the Santa Fe is a very nice suv, lots of bells a whistles comfortable for trip and pretty on gas. The only one thing I would change is making them all have more ground clearance and not 20 inch wheels. I do go off road due to where I live and this handles great but the clearance could be better as a stand without having to pick the only trim package that offers it.

Hyundai Santa Fe

The Santa Fe has met our expectations. My previous Hyundai was a Palisade. We wanted to downsize to a little smaller vehicle. The Santa Fe is not a Palisade, but we are extremely satisfied with our decision. Handling, self-drive assist/ safety elements, economy, and quality have been excellent.

Hyundai Santa Fe

Overall very happy with car but some minor issues with using everything car offers. First issue is the Home Screen map is in dark mode and cannot seem to change it. Therefore it is unusable. Second when engaging cruise control the drive assist automatically comes on with it and I have to disengage it each time. Also, I feel the HDA does not work on some roads and can be wobbly. On Long Island NY where I live we have parkways that have numerous turns that do not conform to standard interstate highway rules. The car will go from line to line around a corner making the driver unsure if it will turn in time and the passenger nervous.

Like vehicle. 7th Hyundai we have purchased. Issues: Our vehicle should have push button seat up and back not lever. Our model should also have had heated seats. Difficult to hasten seat belts for some reason. Also, manual needs more simple means of identifying various function controls. Needs less road noise. Also (not a car issue) don't care for back and forth when trying to buy a car. Too much negotiating, just give me your best deal and I'll take it or leave. The brochure said we will pay you $6000 over KBB. First over was less than KBB. Is that not false advertising. This may be my last Hyundai because of that.

Not very happy with my purchase!

The controls are not intuitive and the guide book does not have a satisfactory index! It drives well but the engine noise is excessive. The zero percent loan was great but I would rather have a more discounted price on the vehicle. Now I am stuck with it for the five year loan term in order to justify the price paid.
