Very Disappointing

Car is not worth it for the amount of money I pay. Too many issues horrible customer service. Never again will I get a Hyundai.

It’s ok

Engine is not reliable. Smell of coolant not going away. I complained multiple times. Software is not reliable Screens are off during driving.

Car isn't bad. Dealership is absolutely terrible, especially service.

Blaise Alexander overfilled the oil, put the car into limp mode, and did absolutely nothing to fix it. Had it taken care of at a totally different dealership. Also, the sales team either ignores emails or simply doesn't want new customers. Had to buy this car at a different dealership. I am a 53-year-old doctor/lawyer and have never felt such utter disregard for customers in my entire life. I always thought the business model was to make money on sales and give a great service experience. This dealership offers neither. They also sell Mazdas, and we drove an hour to specifically buy a new Mazda CX-30 for our son because, for the 5th new car we have bought in a row, the dealership did not actually respond to emails or phone calls. I was in the market for a new Santa Fe or Palisade just 2 months ago, but again, received no response from the dealership, so I bought a new Pathfinder. I was also in the market for a used BMW convertible as a summer car, and received no response about the 4-series on their lot, so I bouight a 6-series in Pittsburgh.

Cheap quality that does not match the price.

This car is overpriced for what it offers. The material quality feels cheap and is easy to damage, making the vehicle more fragile than it should be. It’s also compact and not very comfortable. While the design gives off a luxury look, the build suggests an Asian retail-level product rather than a premium model

A Real 4-Door Sedan Enjoyed by Driver and Passengers Alike

SUV's are great, but a Real 4-Door Sedan fits our needs better. The ease of entry at all 4 doors is excellent. Handling is very responsive and the ride is smooth, quiet, and comfortable. The driver and passengers have plenty of space. Speaking of space, the trunk is awesome since it is large, and you can fold down the rear seat to transport almost anything you can haul in an SUV. The hybrid engine duo is powerful enough to take on any road trip while maintaining highway speeds with great gas mileage. The electronic packages are user friendly and complement the overall performance of the vehicle.

Still impressed after 2 years

In my almost 2 years of ownership…flawless operations, impressive array of safety features and great comfort and handling. I like driving a car that finally achieves EPA gas mileage estimates. Although it took about 300 miles for the engine to fully “breakin”.

Stylish vehicle with several flaws

While there are many features that a top-of-the-line car should have, there are too many flaws to rate this car more than average. While it looks good and rides nicely, the back seat has less legroom compared to my 2017, although the trunk is larger and better configured. The front seat cushions are uncomfortable after 60 minutes, although the lateral support is good. The gas mileage is poor (with careful driving (no fast starts or excessive speeding) at barely 41 mpg, compared to the government average rating of 49 mpg. This is also less than my 2017 or 2023 models. The engine undercarriage shield rides very low to the ground, so it's necessary to be very careful with any parking space that has anything but the shortest parking blocks, and especially true if you have a driveway with anything except a low degree of incline. The instrument panel has a big display with a good mix of dials, but there are false readings at times for speed limits, don't enter warnings, failure to alert at monitored traffic lights, and several more, including speaking an address that has the number two to start a building address. And why did Hyundai flip the buttons on the steering wheel? At 9,000 miles, I still revert at times to the former placement.

Sonata fan

Have had Sonata's before and this one, except for one thing, is the best. The one thing is the turn stalk on the column to shift to D or R. I can't help thinking somebody is going to get confused by it and go in the wrong direction by accident. That's my only concern. Everything else about it is great.
