The car drives fine sometimes the transmission goes into a lower gear when you let off the gas and then step on the gas again

Love the safety technology.

This is our third Sonata, our second hybrid. The safety features and technology are great. The trunk has a bigger space which we appreciate because we travel frequently. It's fun to drive especially when the gas mileage is significantly better. Watching the mpg get to 50 and above is a celebration. It doesn't always get there but when it does, it's worth a big WOW! On the highway it hovers around 40 which is also pretty great! You could not convince me to have a different vehicle. The Sonata Hybrid is the car for me.

Awful service rep....Julio manassas

Awful service rep, JULIO . Lied about car progress and let car sitting finished for 5 days without calling me, only to be discovered when I drove to dealership to physically check on progress.. another lie that car was inside but when checking online it was sitting next to the storage unit next door. Was told the delay in doing the work was a factory rep was going to diagnose the situation but he never showed up. Find a Kia or a new dealership for repair.

95% there

Car is great no troubles yet other than car is only at 20000 miles and the driver seat already looks worn. My windows are tinted with ceramic tint and i always use a front sunshade. Im not sure if its just me sitting on it or what? But other than that i love the car. Pretty smooth drive, has all of the bells and whistles. Love being able to start my car from anywhere with climate control on. And the cars interior is well designed

The vehicle is very good I love it the only thing is one month after I had it the wiper were not cleaning very noisy ! Went to the dealer told I need new wiper blades? And they were not covered by warranty !

Mostly pleased

I was driving a 2014 Sonata hybrid before this one. Sad for the smaller engine in the 2025..more engine noise and higher RPMs going up hills. Like that it has a traditional transmission ... no CVT. Limited model has auto rear view mirror night dimming feature which I don't like with an already tinted window. Like the two driver settings.
