Lacking some technology

We bought the top level trim package and was very dissapointed it didnt come with camera rear view mirror and memory side mirrors. My wife and I drive the car and like to be able to hit the button for our mirror and seat settings, however, the mirrors dont have memory. Also, the door locks are very frustrating. Why doesn't it have proximity locking where you walk away from the car and it automatically locks. Also, when you go to unlock the car it doesn't even unlock...I feel like its broken but the dealership says thats the way it is. Other than that the car is great but I would honestly trade some features like interior accent lighting to get the features I mentioned above.

Long car with loud battery noise

The car is too long. It barely fits in my standard garage. This really surprised me. The battery noise (HIGH pitch hum) is VERY LOUD and extremely annoying (like fingernails on a chalkboard). The noise is a safety device for pedestrians outside the vehicle. Inside the vehicle should be quiet. The opening screen should just say welcome, without all that stuff about safe driving, like we don't know we should drive safe?? I feel like it is NAGGING ME. I would like the car to say "Hello" out loud (audio) with my first name, when I get in and start the car (like phones and computers) Finally, controls are confusing and the manual doesn't help much. It appears to me there is one manual for many different models. I would like a manual for MY CAR.

My only problem is that the fuel fill up cover does not always open.

The car is really very nice and is full of cameras and electronics which was a little confusing to get used to, My only problem is that the gas fill up cover very rarely works.

Lower than expected MPG and some quality issues

I am a conservative driver, yet I average 43MPG since I bought the car, which is lower than expected. For instance, with my Niro Hybrid I have 5MPG higher than the EPA rating. THe driver light bulb doesn't work, and I've been unable to replace it because I can't open the light compartment. It would be great to have instructions somewhere in the manual.
