2024 hy venue fuel door dies not open

Since I bought this 2024 hy venue in march 2025, the fuel door does not always open. Just today, I had to insert a screwdriver to hack it open. Service dept could not fix it. I have scratch marks around the fuel door from the screwdriver. Therefore, I cannot recommend this vehicle since I'm not confident that I can get gas when I need it.

Almost perfect

I love it but….. I didn’t realize how small the back seats are. Also the cargo area - can’t fit much in there. And having to be within 2 feet to open it is inconvenient. I have to get so close that the shopping cart is in the way and it won’t open. I have to have the key in my hand to open it. The vehicle rides smoothly. Very easy to park! Overall I am very satisfied.

2024 Venue Review

Could not give 5 stars as the car has pulled to the right since the day I bought it. I always mention it to the service person whenever I have the car in for service but nothing ever gets done. Also I hate the driver assist thing that steers the car when it feels like it! It's a danger to have when you need to swerve to avoid a wreck!

Good Car but Not Happy with Maintenance

I really like the Venue, as I have my other 4 Hyundai vehicles. However, I am NOT happy with the maintenance plan. We are older now and drive less. So my dealer tells me because of my low mileage, I can only get one maintenance appointment per year for oil changes and the like. This policy is ridiculous, and will cause me to look elsewhere for my next new vehicle.

Not only is this the best trouble free car I have ever owned, it is also one of the most inexpensive. I have not had one problem with this car. The engineering is excellent.
