While vacationing in AMI, my Ford Bronco developed a strong malodor and smoke appeared under the hood
. As I was checking out of the VRBO the very next morning, I was preparing to make alternative travel plans back to Michigan if my car was not functional. Johnny was SO understanding and prompt in his attention to my dilemma! He attended to the vehicle early that afternoon! While the source of the odor was not identified, he thoroughly inspected it, drove it around the island and gave me the green light to drive home the next day. I am still SO appreciative to his attentiveness that day as he truly understood my predicament! Forever grateful!

y wife said she could not start her car. I tried too with the same results. I really was expecting to have to replace the fuel pump. After Glenn had the car for a day, Vince gave me a call saying they had determined that I only needed to have a sensor replaced. A day later, Vince called me again to let me know my car was ready for pickup. What a great job the did to us back on the road quickly! We are extremely happy with our experience at BHC!!

I always took my Fiat 500L to the dealer for servicing. I had a mishap with my car (my first) and was
given the runaround and quoted repairs I found out I didn’t really need. With the honesty of Temecula Valley European I was dumbfounded. I will never go back to a dealer ever again. Matt and Hazel have got to be the nicest most honest professional business owners I’ve met. I will now trust my car to only Matt and his crew .
