My car had to be towed in. They were able to fit me in. The starter had to be replaced. I, also, had
issues with something getting clogged in the a/c system. They took it apart. They were not able to find the issue though when they put it back together it fixed the issue and they didn’t charge me for it since he didn’t know if he really fixed it. I appreciate the honesty. I would recommend them for sure.

My jeep overheated in Wednesday. I noticed water coming from under my radiator and called Swinney to
see if they could look at it. They asked me to bring it by, determined it had a bad radiator, replaced it and had my jeep back my Thursday afternoon. This was July 3. Talk about incredible service and fast response! We were completely satisfied.

I’ve gone back multiple times and am growing to trust Mike & Neil (the two I’ve talked to). They give
n me good feedback on my vehicles and pointed me in the direction of the dealership this past time as I’m dealing with a larger engine issue - they were aware of the specific issue and told me to check for coverage through the manufacturer. I’m in the process of finding out if I’ll be covered. When I walked into the dealership, I had all the knowledge needed for the dealership to agree to check if my issue falls under the policy coverage.
