Everything was very professional. From my phone call to schedule service, to the service writer and t
he mechanics. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. No one tried to sell me parts I didn't need. I thought I needed new front brakes and was prepared to pay for them. The mechanics said my brakes were almost new. I literally brought in a list of problems I was having and they addressed every problem and kept me in the loop with needed parts, costs and estimated labor costs. All the work was done very timely.
