Called for an appointment for 4 wheel alignment and got one the next day. They had to unfreeze camber

Driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that just hit 68K miles. Earlier this year, I went to them for a c
heck engine light, which indicated a thermostat issue. During the inspection they provide, they also indicated rear brakes were approaching end of life, as well as a blown shock. This inspection was helpful as it indicates “needs attention” vs urgent issues allowing you to work significant repairs into your budget. I made an appointment and had rear brakes and shocks replaced, as well as an oil change. Dropped vehicle off the night before, and it was ready around 12:30. Excellent communication from staff, and love the text sent detailing the inspection results, and also, repair costs, and photos. Prices are reasonable. Staff is consistently friendly and professional. Plus, you receive a text a couple days later asking if everything is ok. “ABSOLUTEly” recommend.

My wife had a screw in one of her tires. We had made it home and I ordered roadside service through
AAA. Within 10 min, Christian showed up and replaced the flat with the spare. The car is only a month old, and Christian took great care in making sure it wasn't scratched or marred in any way. A great experience and an excellent employee.
