I had recently bought a car from Diesel Max in riverside and they took advantage of a single mom. I h
ad issues with the car from the start, and was let know after my 30 day warranty was up that it was my fault for the crack in my block. I researched many places and I found this place. When i came for a diagnostic and told my story they seemed to be extremely sympathetic. They updated me throughout the steps in fixing my car as well educating me with what was the problem. This is a "The real deal shop." They care about the cars they work on and gave me a great warranty for the services they provided. I am thankful for this genuine shop, and that's hard to find these days. My car currently has never ran so smooth even as to first buying it.

I needed an oil change and suspected I might need to have some break work done as well.
I set up an appointment to bring my F-150 in on a Monday, before I brought it in I started getting lo
w oil pressure warning when ever I slowed down but as soon as I sped up it went away this became annoying. Joy Automotive allowed me to drop off my truck on friday night so it would be on site for my appointment. I explained my new issue and they assured me it would be well taken care of. I did not need break work but I did need rear shocks. This is my third service through Joy Automotive and I am very happy I found shop where I can trust the work.
