Oh God. Where do we start? All I wanted was my oil gauge sensor fixed and some new windshield wipers.
What did I get? Hot Chick behind the counter fills me on on her psycho "Karen" neighbor and the property line battles in their uppity section of Suamico. Must be nice. I can't afford a log house like Hot Chick has, can you? I'm trying to hold a 320,000-mile Trailblazer together with baling wire and I have to listen to Hot Chick tell me about her Stepford Wives property line battles at their mansions. To make matters worse I had to sit in the lobby with two 70-year-old-plus musicians talking about playing "bee bop music". At that point I was hoping Hot Chick had an ice pick I could jam into my temple. It would have been less painful than that whole experience.

Brought in my ‘04 Z4 for an oil change and general inspection. They noticed that the brake fluid was
well past needing changing, and that the rear tires were abnormally worn with cord clearly exposed on their inner edges. Further, they noticed tire rubber degradation due to all 4 being 8 years old. They promptly changed the oil and brake fluid, and identified two new tire options at a nearby tire shop. With my approval, they had all 4 tires replaced and then aligned all 4 wheels. All of this was completed same-day so I was able to pick it up before the close of business.

Definitely trustworthy even if a bit on the expensive side
John provided me great information at every step of a recent repair, winning my trust early in the pr
ocess. Super nice and straightforward guy. I discovered along the way that this shop's markup and labor costs are pretty far above what warranty companies are willing to pay, so we ended up with a large out of pocket cost on some used car warranty work where we had to make up the cost difference. I recognize that good work costs money, so I'm not disappointed per se, but I would point out that this shop is definitely not the place to go if you are looking for the cheapest option. High quality, trustworthy work for a higher-end price is what you're going to get here.
