Oh God. Where do we start? All I wanted was my oil gauge sensor fixed and some new windshield wipers.
What did I get? Hot Chick behind the counter fills me on on her psycho "Karen" neighbor and the property line battles in their uppity section of Suamico. Must be nice. I can't afford a log house like Hot Chick has, can you? I'm trying to hold a 320,000-mile Trailblazer together with baling wire and I have to listen to Hot Chick tell me about her Stepford Wives property line battles at their mansions. To make matters worse I had to sit in the lobby with two 70-year-old-plus musicians talking about playing "bee bop music". At that point I was hoping Hot Chick had an ice pick I could jam into my temple. It would have been less painful than that whole experience.

I had my truck towed there over the weekend. They identified and fixed the issue quickly even though
I did not have an appointment.
I take my vehicles there for practicality all maintenance needs. They always complete the services in the estimated timeframe. Matt does a great job keeping me informed of the progress.

Let me start by saying I would rather have a root canal than deal with car issues/mechanics. One smal
l thing turns into 10 issues. Having said that, I can’t begin to describe how wonderful everyone was that I dealt with at Allen’s. I had an engine oil leak that I assumed was going to cost a ton of money and could have been told it would cost thousands, and I would not have know any better as I’m not educated in what makes a car run/not run. I was so pleasantly surprised when my car was fixed for less than 2 normal oil changes. There was no upsell or add ons. They fixed the problem for way less than anyone else in the industry and they did so very quickly. I now have a mechanic that I can trust and highly recommend. Thank you Allen’s service team, you rock!
