I recently got an error message on my Tacoma, and when I looked it up online the possibilities ranged
from a simple system glitch to a serious transmission issue. I brought it in, and the team took the time to look everything over thoroughly. There was a chance it could’ve been a sensor problem, but after testing it, everything checked out.
Instead of jumping straight to replacing a part that could cost around $700, they explained that it was likely just a harmless glitch and that it was low‑risk to wait and see if it returned. I really appreciated that they didn’t push an unnecessary repair and took a practical, reasonable approach that saved me money without compromising safety.

Everyone at Audubon Service Center seems to care about their customers. They know what needs to be do
ne and they are very experienced. They will contact you if they find a problem when working on your vehicle to discuss a solution. I never feel that they are trying to rip me off.
