They have never disappointed me, I have never been dissatisfied, and most importantly to me, the job is done to OEM specs, and I have never had to come back, because of a problem with a repair.

This week I had a 4 wheel brake job, they used genuine Mercedes rotors and pads, and followed every recommended procedure, like removing, cleaning, and lubing the slides, etc. a truly professional shop.
I now drive 45 each way to them, having moved, but after trying a local shop for an oil change, I realized the difference, they did so many things incorrectly!!
