Second Visit - Still Excellent Service
I reviewed Exclusively European after my first visit a year ago and have continued to use them for my Porsche Cayman S maintenance needs. I am happy to report that the quality of service has remained consistent and excellent.

The drop-off and pick-up process is seamless and convenient. Their detailed inspection reports with images and videos are very helpful and on par with or better than what I received at the Porsche dealerships.

Blake N. continues to be a pleasure to work with - he is courteous, knowledgeable, and really knows his stuff. Most importantly, they do not push unnecessary services. Instead, they clearly communicate what is needed now versus what to watch for at your next service interval, which I greatly appreciate.

Pricing is fair and competitive, consistently lower than OEM / Porsche dealership rates without sacrificing quality.

I would recommend Exclusively European to anyone with a Porsche or other European vehicle.

Highly recommended
I own an Audi A5 (2018) that is now off its service agreements and used Exclusively European for an oil / filter change. They identified that I needed my spark plugs changed (which I'd expected) and a Motor Mount that was cracked and leaking. They provided me pictures and a video to explain to me what role these parts play and why they should be replaced which I really appreciated. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent and they don't push services. They made the repairs promptly and provided an estimate of the cost in advance. Turns out my neighbors have been using them for over 25 years and had only good things to say. Plus, my Uber driver told me that he's used them for many years and he drives many happy customers to pick up their cars. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Great work
Great work, knowledgeable about my VW beetle that had needed a good bit of work (especially the electrical work needed). They made sure to explain the issues to me before working on the car and did great, especially since I know it’s difficult working with electrical issues in VWs and other European cars. Flexibility and customer relations
I originally brought the car in for just an oil change and needed it back by noon, but at drop off I remembered it has never has a brake fluid flush and asked if that could be fit into the timeframe I had available. "Absolutely" was the answer.

Next we discovered the battery was bad, it was the original, and needed to be replaced.

Even after the curveballs and audibles you all were still able to get the car back to me in the time I had available making things just easier.

Thank you for being flexible and working to provide the best service possible.
