Good friendly service, they were on time and I got the service free -even though I didn't have the coupon -because it was my first oil change. The sales person King who sold me the car six months back saw me and made sure to say hello- he remembered who I was right away! That's great friendly customer service. I will make the drive every time.

I brought my Hyundai Genesis in for a warranty issue. Eric Roberts provided me with a loaner car and completed the repairs on my vehicle in a timely fashion. People make or break a company and here, these are all great folks and do what they can to make sure they have stepped out of their way (Like Eric in service) to help get things taken care of!
I have been dealing with Hyundai of Everett for around 15 years and every business has it's bad days and hiccups and Hyundai is no exception but i have always been taken care of and bend over backwards (it seems) at times to get me taken care of just like this past weekend with Eric in service going above and beyond to work out a deal to make sure i had a car for the weekend when my Azera was not going to make it!

It is people like Eric in service and all the fine folks at Hyundai of Everett that keep me coming back not only for another car but the service as well!

Brought our Tucson in for an oil change and to investigate some shifting issues with the transmission.... ended up needing a totally new transmission! Yikes!
We were leaving on a cross country trip in 3 days so the car was left with your shop. Upon return 3 weeks later the car was waiting for us...in fact it was fixed and ready the day we left...you guys kept it safe in your lot...all covered by warranty including a temp rental car for the 3 days prior to leaving!...Awesome and thank you!
