Flat tire repair
Even though you buy a car from this dealer and failed to include the tire protection in the finance structure, the price to repair a tire with a nail is way too expensive. I was quoted $50 while places like Midas charge $29.99 for the same type of repair. I like the fact that the dealership knows how to repair their vehicles but next time I’ll go to Midas for the repairs. Same applies to oil changes! You should have provide extra care to your loyal customers who purchased cars from your dealership and offer better deals than repair shops

Review
During the term of my lease, Gary has been a wonderful service representative. Overall, Braman has been pretty good. However, Hyundai’s company customer service is horrible! Whether it’s when you call the company, or small issues with the way the car is built, to not notifying the customer when there’s a problem with the car, it is horrible and unacceptable! I will not be going into another one when the lease expires.
