sold me a used car but told me it was new
In 2019 I bought a "NEW" Hyundai Elantra from Braman and started having problems with the car almost immediately. Car is in the service department right now and while speaking with the service advisor I find out the car was used, I'm the 2nd owner!! My contract and paperwork that I signed when I bought the car clearly state it is "NEW". The committed fraud and lied. The sales man, sales manager and finance manager had to have all know. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am Extremely Disappointed in Braman Hyudai Customer Service
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Braman Hyundai's customer service department, and it was nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, the entire interaction left me frustrated and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The first red flag was the difficulty I encountered in reaching a customer service representative. After navigating their automated phone system and waiting on hold for an extended period, I finally got through to a representative who seemed disinterested and impatient. It was evident that my call was an inconvenience to them, and they lacked the basic courtesy one expects when seeking assistance.
My primary issue revolved around a service appointment for my family member. I had arrived promptly at the dealership only to be greeted by an inexperience representative. The staff appeared overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to lengthy wait times and a complete lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle. It was frustrating to watch other customers experiencing similar issues, and it was clear that Braman Hyundai's service department was not adequately equipped to handle the volume of customers they were receiving.
Furthermore, when I attempted to discuss my concerns with a service manager Shawn Powell, I was met with indifference and dismissive responses. They seemed more interested in deflecting blame than in addressing the issues at hand. It was disheartening to see a complete lack of accountability on their part.
The final straw was the quality of the work performed on my vehicle. Despite the extended wait time, it was evident that the service performed was incomplete.
In conclusion, my experience with Braman Hyundai's customer service left me deeply dissatisfied. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability was appalling. It is my hope that Braman Hyundai takes these issues seriously and works to improve their customer service department. Until then, I would caution anyone considering their services to explore other options with a more customer-centric approach.
