Employees and place are nice, but service fees are RIDICULOUS!
Lots to say here, and not good... but I'll just give you 1 example of the service dept fees they OVERCHARGE: My windshield washer pump went bad and it was leaking. The pump is tiny, and easily accessible by removing 2 plastic screws under the front passenger wheel well area, reaching up and removing it by hand... takes less than 10 mins total. The pump from Hyundai parts costs $51.... so do you think a quote of $308 for parts and labor is justified?? Cause I surely DON'T! Well, I guess since Braman also sells/services fancy million $ cars, they think they can charge same for Hyundai cars. Bottom line, don't get service here, unless you like wasting money.

Gray is awesome, he is one of the reasons I will return here for service. He is super helpful, gives updates, and works with you, really recommend you ask for Gary. I gave a 3 start rating because I feel I was given a defective car, the engine went out Year 3 of the car and the car shakes it’s only 4 years old and now I’m out of warranty in a defective car, super unfair but not the service people’s fault. Don’t recommend this car in particular I haven’t had it for 5 years and it’s been giving me lots of problems, it’s the Sonata sport 2015.
