Positive, enthusiastic buying experience

Contact about internet truck inquiry was quick, response was very accommodating and warm, great knowledge of product. It seems that almost the entire sales staff was involved and engaged in a very positive way and not pushy. Vehicle was competitively priced and the deal came together very nicely and put me into the vehicle I really wanted.

I brought my Shelby F-150 in for service. There were programming complications and additional expenses with installing a trailer brake. Jacob explained the situation thoroughly and put me in front of the rep at Shelby to resolve the issue. Both Shelby and Jacob kept me informed all the way and jumped through hoops to get my vehicle complete as quick as possible. I could not have expected anything better. Great Job!!!!

They aim to please

Bought my new F-250 two days ago. Got a great deal and gave me more than I expected on my trade. Today I had an appointment with their service department. They did an excellent job (perfect) on the installation. I've been to many dealerships in many western states. I would have to rate Mike White Ford the best dealership ever. I can tell that management expects their employees to treat the customers as family.
