I also want to mention Jacob Mahar in the Service Dept. I had several thing I wanted added and he was very helpful. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and made us feel welcome.
I would like to make one suggestion: I was told that I needed a drivers license and Proof of Ins. for the rental car. Well, I forgot, as is not unusual for an 81year old. I suggest that you have your shuttle driver when taking a customer to the rental place ask the person: Do you have your proof of insurance and: do you have your drivers license? This would be especially helpful for older folks, In fact it might be a good idea to make up a card with those questions on it to give to the passengers. Thank you
