Why I'm Dedicated to Vancouver Toyota
In the 1990's, after my dealership experiences with my last 3 (non-Toyota) cars, I'd sworn off of dealerships...forever! But almost 20 years ago I really wanted a Toyota Prius, and oddly enough only Toyota sold them. So I went to my local Vancouver Toyota planning on a quick in-and-out, and then I'd never go back again.
But their sales staff was *so* polite! No pushy-pushy, no hard-sells, and no sneaky add-ons. So I broke my rule and decided to also get my new Prius serviced there, at least once. And the service department blew me away! So kind. And they actually listened to what I needed!!
Now I have lots of experience working IN service departments...and I had never seen one like this. Literally flawless. And so attentive to my needs.
As of this month (Nov '22) I'm on my fifth car from Vancouver now, because I drive 50,000 miles a year or more myself, and my whole family now drives Toyotas. Because these cars - and this dealership -really are a dream come true.

Simplicity
Jeff Williamson knew I was looking to upgrade my truck and let me know that the one we had viewed just weeks before had been delivered. We talked over email and text and then he asked us to come down. Badda Bing badda boom... the rest is history! The next day I picked up my brand new Tacoma!
