Ken has been working here with us since 2021 and is the first face you will see in the office or voice you hear on the phone. He is ASE Certified with over 30 years in the automotive repair business. He has years of training with Mercedes, VW, Chrysler and GM vehicles. Ken thrives in an upbeat, friendly work environment and is known for his positive and caring customer service. When not at work, Ken enjoys spending time with family, fishing and playing in his rock band where he is either singing or playing multiple instruments.

Craig got my vehicle assessed and back on the road quickly.
Bruce's Auto has been my go to vehicle repair place for almost 35 years. Craig is always available and straight forward with explaining repair issues.
