Saving my life
I purchased my vehicle 24 years ago from this establishment and still own my vehicle and it’s a great condition. I brought it in because the brake light kept coming on and had it checked ✅ and I needed new brakes along with fluids and they fixed my back door that was broken for like three years. I appreciate everything they’ve done and saved my life from a horrible accident.

Ford f-150
First thing I had to replace on my 2007 f-150 was a small connector that ran my turn signal. I bought this truck new and nothing has ever quit working so I’m a little out of touch on repair prices. The part price I was charged seemed reasonable, the shop labor charge didn’t. My impression of Mike White Ford is a good one because I’m a ford guy.

Good Service
Took my F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had a problem with the door ajar light coming on intermittently. Kevin took good care of me, kept me informed of what was going on, and ultimately isolated the problem with the door sensor and advised me it was covered under warranty. Good service, good communication. That's the norm for Mike White Ford service dept.

Great Customer Service
The service staff at Mike White Ford are efficient and professional in their approach to customers. It is my experience that this service department is busy, likely because their customers keep coming back when service or maintainance is required. Communications is part of that service and Mike White's staff do that well.

Poor Communication and Service
I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and front end diagnostic on my F350. The appointment was scheduled at 9am and I was told on the phone it should be done around 1pm. When I arrived I was told it would be completed by 2:30pm, no huge deal, I guess an extra hour and a half. I texted the service person Kevyn at 1:40pm to check in since I hadn't heard anything yet. He told me they were just getting to my truck and should have answers shortly, and it wouldn't be ready till 4pm. At 4:15 they finally had the truck "ready to go". They did not complete all of the work we discussed and 7 hours and 15 minutes after I brought my truck in they had it ready. I think these guys over schedule their days and don't really care when people are waiting around all day for work that doesn't take all that long to complete. I would have planned differently for my day if I had known they needed it for so long, poor communication on their part! The service advisor didn't seem to care, or see any thing wrong with their timing. The only good part about my experience was the shuttle driver Andrew who was prompt, friendly and followed up to ensure everything was going ok with my truck. I hope Andrew gets a raise, he did a great job.

Kevin and the rest of the staff in the Service Dept were excellent to work with. They were able to diagnose and then order, obtain, and install the proper electronics for my F350 in just a couple days, despite the nation wide shutdown of a computer system used by dealerships. Outstanding service!

Always a great experience with Mike White Ford
My Escape had to go in for recall service. Mike White Ford brought a rental to my house, took my car to the shop, then returned my car and took the rental back. All the while, I received constant communication by text, email, and phone calls as to the status of the work, including, very accurately, when the valet was going to arrive. Hands down fabulous service. If you're in the market for a car, Mike White Ford for absolute sure! SO glad I bought my car there.
