Very impressed, and pleased!
While I have toyed with the idea of using this facility for some time, but now I can only kick myself for not using Carmine’s way before now. I talked about my issues, the bit of concern I had with the transmission flush, which was my thought in needing, as well as the other fluids I wanted to have flushed, and changed. After our talk, and the “borderline” the car (2017 BMW X3) was approaching, I decided to schedule the flushing as well. The little hesitation that appeared at various moments in a stop light acceleration, or coming of the ramp to enter the flow of traffic - only I might have noticed - is no longer there. This was a big relief! Secondly, was my engine cooling concern, which is now nonexistent because of the “flush”. The car engine is running much cooler. The prior week (06-18-25) on I-85 South going through Charlotte my temperature gauge was all-but reaching 250 in 84 degree O/Side temperature. On the following Tuesday (06-24-25) in 102 degree o/side temperature, running 80 mph thru Charlotte again, the needle was barely over the first mark!! While this might not mean much to another person, it definitely means a lot to me. I am very proud of these guys. I even sent pictures of my dashboard running 80, w/102 temps, with a cooler running engine. And while I had not changed the air filter at the time, it is now!
I suggest if you have a question stop by and ask. You will be spoken to in a manner you can understand, and not feel bad about asking. These are good people, providing excellent service, and fair prices.

Fixed my a/c, did a thorough check of all aspects of my vehicle, answered my questions, thanked me for my,business and I shook hands with the knowledgeable service writer whose hands were clean. And they washed & vacuumed it as well!

I recently brought my vehicle to Carmine’s Auto Service and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and transparency they demonstrated throughout the entire process. From the initial inspection to the detailed explanation of the issues, the team was courteous, honest, and extremely thorough.

They took the time to walk me through what my car needed, outlining the necessary repairs with clarity and no pressure. Given the age and mileage of my vehicle, I ultimately decided that the repairs weren’t feasible at this time. However, I greatly appreciated their candor and the fact that they respected my decision without trying to upsell or push unnecessary services.

Though I wasn’t able to move forward with the work on this visit, I will absolutely be returning to Carmine’s in the future. Their integrity and attention to detail have earned my trust.

Better Than Tesla Service Center: Outstanding Experience with Maxx from Carmine’s
I recently had my Tesla serviced by Maxx from Carmine’s and I can honestly say the experience was far better than any I’ve experienced at the Tesla service center. What set this appointment apart had nothing to do with mints, bottled water, or pamphlets. It was all about Maxx’s excellent communication, professionalism and the way he took the time to answer all my questions. Maxx kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. The actual service was top notch and my car is running perfectly. If you want a service experience that truly puts the customer first, I highly recommend Maxx from Carmine’s. This was hands down better than anything I’ve experienced at the Tesla service center and it’s all thanks to Maxx’s dedication and expertise.

Waste not - want not
Carmine and his fantastic crew help me stay true to my belief in “waste not - want not” by being willing to take on the aches and pains of my Rogue at 150,000 miles in hopes that this septuagenarian female can keep on safely driving what I consider my favorite and most suitable vehicle of the 8 vehicles that have served my needs over the past 56 years. Hopefully, Carmine can keep the Rogue running for as long as I can continue to drive. Carmine’s well trained crew just finished a maintenance work up this week on the Rogue at her 150,000 mile mark and she purrs contentedly like a lioness and runs effortlessly like a gazelle. milka/seeker

Check up on 2012 FIAT
My daughter bought a used 2012 FIAT, and immediately we noticed the air conditioner needed repair. Searched high and low for a place that could service a 2012 FIAT with no luck, until I ran across Carmine's. Service here was fantastic. Very detailed diagnostics that gave me comfort my daughter would be driving a safe car. And the little things like mints, sticker, and bottled water left in the car after service was complete were icing on the cake.
