Unexpected expence
Visits are pleasant with little hassle. I did question why when most vehicles are typically serviced every 5k miles the Sonata requires service each 3k miles. Also thought it strange that I required an engine and cab filter this soon when we only drive the car about eight months of the year.

To answer a few of your questions, Hyundai vehicles require service every 7,500 miles in a perfect enviroment where it's not too hot and not too cold. Since Arizona has harsher weather than most, Hyundai recommends the service interval to be cut in half. Filters are every 15k or 12 months. We look forward to helping you at your next visit.

Mario is always pleasant and efficient. Waiting room needs work
The waiting room is not comfortable. TV is too loud and playing overhead music at the same time makes it chaotic. Should be a relaxing area.
