Accommodating of Tight Schedule
I had my Hyundai service scheduled for 7am on a Wednesday, but the night before I had a last minute meeting come up for 8am the next morning, the same morning as my Hyundai service. I did not want to cancel my Hyundai service so I planned to drop the car off with Hyundai, and take the shuttle home to take care of my meeting. When I arrived at 7am to drop the car off, I told Mario about my tight schedule and he told me he would get it done quickly so I didn't have to worry about taking the shuttle home. Mario kept his word and had the service completed in record time and I was able to get home in time for my meeting. I was very impressed with the flexibility and commitment that Mario had in order to make my schedule work.
