If you own a Hyundai, the ONLY place to service it is Earnhardt. Ask for Mario Macias. He gets me in and out in reasonable time and always finds me a discount. Who does that?

We've owned 4 Hyundai cars since coming to Arizona, Marcus has been great providing the needed services in a timely manner, Always polite, and remembers you. When my wife was having difficulty with her hip and she had shared her problem of getting in and out of the Elantra, as it was low and bother her hip. The next time I was in for service, he asks about my wife. He suggested we look at the KONA which had just arrived.
Just right, seat not too low or high. We are enjoying the KONA and had Marcus not mentioned it, we would not have thought of looking or purchasing. Thanks for a Great Service Advisor who is not only concern about the vehicle, but also if it fits your need.

First Oill Change for New Santa Fe
We traded in our 2011 Santa Fe for a brand new 2020 with all the bells and whistles. This was the first oil change. Mario came out to meet me and greeted me very personably. He also surprised me that the first oil change was half price; some very welcome news for the new year. The car was ready in the expected amount of time and was nice and clean. The service that I receive from SanTan Hyundai and Mario is what I believe all dealerships should strive for.

My only complaint was with the car wash people who forgot to completely clean my windows during the car wash.
