My recent visit was great. However, I get my oil changed at the Ford dealership because it is less expensive.
I would suggest you lower some of your service rates.

Pleasant Surprise
I brought my wife's 2011 Elantra Touring in for two reasons, one an oil change and the other a bit of a loose steering wheel. To my surprise the steering wheel was covered under Hyundai Warranty which was truly amazing as most competitors don't have a 10 year warranty. Thanks!!!

I also had the tires rotated and my water fluids replaced and a small tune up all of which will keep this car in fine shape for the following year. Thanks again for a great job all in one short afternoon.

Nice waiting area
Waited over 2 hrs for service. Went in for the works package at $49.95. Was than told that i needed a cabin filter & engine filter, and a wheel alignment. I was fine with replacing the filters but i still question how a car with only 22000 mi would need a wheel alignment $264 later. Just hope i wasnt taken and sold something i didnt need.

Service Advisor Paul Niemiec and Technician Matt Lee. Both are conscientious and really listen to the customer. After discovering what the customer's problem is, they really try to solve it. No bologna!

The service advisor was excellent. Many service advisor try and upsell because they get commissioned by dealership. Giving the customer what he wants with no upsell results in a better experience.
