All questions answered

They took me as a walk in and got my care serviced quickly. My questions about the service were answered and a past service billing issue was addressed satisfactorily.

The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was that in the past, other dealerships vacuumed the car or placed paper protectors over the front floor mats when they did an oil change. Neither was done at TamiAmi Hyundai and I had expected that. Greasy fingerprints were on my driver's side door.

The Works Service

The Works service is exceedingly good value for money, and I've been using the facility for the past 10 years.

The overall appearance of the service reception area and the waiting room facilities are also exceedingly good. Our advisor Paul Niemiec was very professional and patient with us, which we appreciated.

I had the unfortunate need to complain to the Service Manager and was promptly contacted by the Service Managers assistant Christian, who was most apologetic and able to allay any doubts in my mind that the service was completed satisfactorily.

As a snowbird, I have the option to take my Ohio purchased SanteFe to one of two area Hyundai dealers. I elected to take my vehicle to Tamiami Hyundai because they did an outstanding job of making me welcome on my first visit last year. This time turned out to be even better.
