I appreciate the extra attention given to my comfort and needs while I wait for my car to be serviced. well chosen snacks to tide over the lunch hour if necessary; always the complimentary bottle of water; place to watch television and chat; place to quietly read or rest; booth/tables when a meal is in order or work needs to be spread out.
