Great recovery

During a recent service visit there was a misunderstanding over the price of an oil change. The service rep informed me that he was unable to honor an online coupon that I had. Because it was a weekend an no manager was available he suggested I come back on a weekday to discuss with a manager. My schedule does not give me that flexibility so I paid a higher price than my coupon stated. Based on feedback I provided a manager reached out to me and refunded the difference. I was impressed that they read my comments and then contacted me to correct the misunderstanding! I am very satisfied and have shared this positive story with several friends. WELL DONE!

It's a great experience to visit tbis dealership for oil change this time. Very comfortable wait in a very pleasant atmosphere!

The service is always very efficient and profesiomal. They make you feel right at home! I love to take my car for whatever it needs done to the dealership. Everybody is very friendly and accomodating.

Service Reps are knowledgeable and courteous. Little or no waiting. very comfortable waiting area with newspaper, magazines and snacks supplied.
