Used Ricardo for my service manager this time as Ben was off that day. Ricardo was very attentive, efficient and pleasant.
Kudos to Tom, the tech man from service, who found a very annoying rattle in my car that was driving me crazy!

It was time for my 15,000 maintenance. Since I had to wait for my vehicle while this maintenance and an oil change were completed. Ricardo made sure everything was done in an hour. He and the rest of the crew are the best.

Difficulties with reaching Service Dept. by phone
My experience in trying to reach the Service Dept by phone finds it is nearly impossible to do so. I actually was on hold so long, I drove directly to the dealership to request a Service appointment. There is no immediate voicemail or person that answers calls quickly.
Once I got to the dealership's Service Dept., Ricardo Garcia was able to help me. Service was able to do my first oil change and Multi-Point Inspection while I waited. My wait time was less than an hour.
Ricardo Garcia and Service Tech Jose Campos were most helpful.

Darn phones!

Sorry it was difficult to reach us, but we're glad Ricardo was able to take care of you when you were here.  In the future Ricardo's direct line is 480-368-6711 which should allow you to bypass both the phone system and the receptionist.

We stopped to make an appointment to have our car serviced, and were greeted by a service representative that graciously offered to do the job right away. We enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee while we relaxed in the comfortable waiting area and the work was done completely and in a timely manner. It was a very positive experience.

Top shelf Service Dept!
I have never made it a practice to bring my cars to the dealership for service...until I bought a Hyundai. Now I bring them in religiously and ask for Ricardo to be my service advisor. He is so friendly and flexible and above all else, TRUSTWORTHY! Thanks for keeping my Elantras in top condition!

The best Dealership ever
As someone who 100% of the time hates car dealership in both the sales and service side I will tell you, I am sold on Earnhardt Hyundai!
From the time I have gotten to know E/H of Scottsdale they have positively surpassed my expectation of what I am used to. Mike Southern, the Service Director and his staff is absolutely my go to service providers. Mike is not only the service director but is also someone I consider a friend! So thank you!!!
