We know this visit took a little longer than expected. Normally we expect our Car Care Express service to provide oil changes and more in under an hour - including the wash.
Your appointment was for 3:45 and we didn't finish and collect payment until 4:48 - not much over an hour, but over an hour all the same - even late on a Friday afternoon we expect to do better.
Please accept our apologies for this visit, and know that Ricardo will work to make it up to you next time. We have been your dealer for more than 3 years now, and we're sorry we missed our goal this time around.
