Good service, after appointment was made in person
I took used car I bought in for service under warranty. Tried calling but finally walked in to set up appointment.
Recalls were covered, no issues found.
Found pricing for potential work (brake pads) to be a bit high.

We and glad we could help but are sorry you had to walk in to schedule service, that is certainly not normally the case here. 

You should know that our price for brake pad replacement using genuine Hyundai parts, including resurfacing of brake rotors using an on car lathe is very competitive.  While there may be cheaper brake jobs out there, this is definitely one area of your vehicle's maintenance we would not recommend seeking the cheapest alternative. 

There really is no subsititute for genuine Hyundai parts and work performed by a certified Hyundai technician for this particular service item.

The very best number to reach your advisor Ricardo is 480-368-6711, if he happens to be helping another guest, our voice mail system will take your message and he will be alerted that he has a message.  Also, we are always online at www.northscottsdalehyundai.com or even easier may be to use the Bluelink button on the rearview mirror of your Sonata or even the myhyundai app on your smart phone. 

We've tried to cover all the ways our customers want to reach us, still it is true we have been busier than normal at times lately, and we are sorry it was harder than normal to reach us for this visit.
