Wonderful service. Everyone was great! Ricardo was excellent. Only complaint is that I've received 3-4 emails after and a phone call asking about the service and I keep filling out the same survey. It's becoming annoying.

Ricardo was my service agent & he was exceptional ! I relayed to him how difficult it was to get through to service & that Blue Link at one point.wasnt able to help with appt because they too had great difficulty ! With the amount of volume that this dealership does, the service dept need to be equipped to handle the calls & service needed . With that being said, Ricardo went above & beyond. I love Hydundai & this dealership & I want to be able to continue doing business there!

EVERYTHING EXPECTED... AND MORE!
I had a few squeaks and rattles that were effectively addresses, even though, unbeknownst to me, this is only to be addressed with in the first 12 mos/12k miles...who knew? The 30k mile service was performed quickly and a leak was found in the windshield washer pump - replaced under warranty. They took care of a recall, and 2 campaigns that I knew nothing about. They even included a decarbonization process to the combustion chambers. This is a significant performance enhancement that I have paid additional to have done elsewhere. Ricardo Garcia was professional and efficient, while maintaining a sense of personal caring for me and my vehicle. The car was at the dealer overnight and was washed the night before I picked up the car. When I went to get in my car to leave I notice that is was covered with dust. I mentioned it to Ricardo and he said to give him a few minutes to get it rewashed. He immediately drove the car off, and it was back within 5 minutes... amazing!
