We had an issue with the motor of our drivers side back window of our Santa Fe. I called the service department and talked with Steve. Steve asked me to bring in our SUV that day so they can take a look at it. The service department was very busy, however after meeting with Steve, he immediately ordered the part and said he will have it installed ASAP. They did exactly that. I dropped in to the service department without an appointment to inquire about an appointment to get my oil changed before I leave on a trip. Even though they were booked up for over a month, they worked me in and took care of a recall I was unaware of.
Steve was very helpful and made the overall experience painless. Got me a Lyft when it looked like it would be a day and then a rental when it took a little longer than expected.
The only issue I had was my key fob was still causing having issues. The battery was replaced but I still had to use the app on my phone to open my door and lock my door.
I am satisfied with the car dealership in general. The waiting is very comfy and the temperature is just right. I went to another dealership but the service wasn’t near as good.

I take my Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealer because I want the work done correctly. I have tried Oil Change shops and have had many problems. I brought my car into Temecula Hyundai. They checked me in right away. They were friendly. My service advisor was very knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the price was competitive. They even recommended a good place to get some lunch while I waited. I now live in Vista but it's worth the drive to get my car serviced by knowledgeable professionals.
I went in on a weekend expecting to have my car looked at on Monday And they gave me a call 30 minutes after I left letting me they did a quick inspection and confirmed the things needed. There was great communication and made the process easy and painless. I’ve was attended to quickly and felt the excellent service immediately.
