Very Professional Service with a Personal Touch
I have been totally spoiled by the service I get from Pohanka Hyundai. One of the staff drives my car in for me and hands over the service to Sean, the service manager assigned to me since 2014. He takes personal care of the service I’ve received, even coming in on his day off to make sure my car’s service was handled properly.
My car is returned to me, usually in much better, cleaner condition than it was in before the service. I am very pleased.

Every time I bring my car in for service, I am met with one of the most professional persons I have dealt with in sometime. His name is Sean who works at the Capital Heights location. He has consistently provided me with courteous, honest service. He takes the time to explain things in detail what my car needs or doesn't need. Sean makes sure I'm completely satisfied. Whenever I do come back, I will definitely be looking for him ONLY. Please make sure that he is recognized for the outstanding job that he does. I would have submitted this sooner, but had problems with opening it on my laptop and tablet.
