I love this location and Sean Tolton
The location is convenient to home, the aethetics and atmosphere are great. I have kicked back & done homework, but nothing beats the staff especially Sean Tolton. He and I started at SATURN together and to my surprise when I brought my first Hyundai he was a Pohanka. The care and service he has given me over the years is par none! He is an exemplary employee & person and I’m happy to let you know. BTW I missed giving my salesperson Mr. CHARLES Bivens cudos back in May 2019. He is great too

Service agents that really listen
I went in for scheduled maintenance but also an issue of a warning icon on my dashboard. I informed the young man at the service desk of my need to prioritize service in accordance with my financial resources.The agent assured me everything would be checked out thoroughly and my concerns would be addressed accordingly. I am happy to say i only needed the scheduled service at no additional expense. And it did not take all day. Thanks.

Sean was awesome! He was very timely in taking down what I needed done, letting me know how long it would take, the price, and moving my car in the garage to be serviced. They finished right in the window of time I was told. I will be looking for Sean the next time my car needs to be serviced.

I've only had my car for 15 months and it has had the engine replaced and the catalytic converter worked on twice. I'm done with hyundai. I've contacted corporate and they did nothing. The worst customer service I've had ever smh

Service Dept. needs a little change
Set an appointment the day before. Didn’t matter when I got there. Had to wait longer than the estimated time frame that was given when I got there. When It was over the review contradicted the review from my last service (apparently my brakes and wipers got better over the last 5k miles). I was also told they do courtesy cars after being told previously that they didn’t by a cashier.
