I had a great experience at this location on Monday. My service rep was Sean. He was courteous and helpful. He offered me the array of refreshments the dealership had for waiting customers and checked on me via text while I was waiting. Overall my experience was great.

The service appt went off went as expected. What I did not like is they made it seem like even though it was complimentary my car wash was not done because it was raining but it was put on my paperwork even if it was it shouldn't be put on the paperwork when not done. That could be considered false advertising. Just making a point and if that is done then a customer could say what else can be put on my paperwork that is also untrue. Yes it is trivial but it still makes one wonder.

Sean provided great customer service and kept me posted on everything that needed done to my car. There was no pressure applied to me and told me that I was under no obligation which I appreciate very much because sometimes car repairs can be pretty expensive when living on a budget. I appreciated his professionalism because that goes a long way.
