We’re on our way back to Florida after being in South Hadley for 18 months and the team at Veryl’s have taken great care of my Audi the whole time. From the first visit when my wiper fluid froze to a new battery and tires to oil changes and regular maintenance they have provided expert, fast and cost effective service. Best customer experience ever and I highly recommend!

Excellent help as always

Tanya offered me immediate help when I called needing assistance with my 08 Prius. She explained the shop was very busy but that I could drop off the car with you and you’d work on it when possible. Two days later you’d investigated the check engine light issue and replaced the 12v battery. Thank you as always for great service! You all are the best!

Warranty work

Work done several weeks ago went bad. The part was warranted and was replaced without question along with the labor. The bill would have been $360(mostly labor), but I wasn’t charged anything. Very pleasant surprise. 🎉
