Engine-bay electrical issue
Veryl's Automotive Services is one of the best small-business retail operations I've ever experienced. Jeff Poirier and his excellent team have been helping me for several years and it's time I said so publicly.

This was a battery issue in an older vehicle, one in which spending resources chasing down problems must be weighed against the limited value of the car. Jeff (and his team) respect this reality while striving to fix the flaw. This is great customer service and my car is ready to go, 48 hours after asking for help (triage is another strong attribute). Veryl's is good business and I'm grateful for their service!
